Diversity and Inclusion is one of the important values ​​that every individual here in Avery Dennison is encouraged to acknowledge. In particular, respecting and understanding the diversity of national and regional cultures is indispensable, with the fact that we currently have members from 7 different countries working together.

On the International Cultural Diversity Day May 21st, we were delighted to hold a series of awareness activities under various forms. From exciting news and infographics about multinational cultures to the fun Cultural Quest live-quiz. Winners got the chance to receive a unique T-shirt with “Be different. Be you” logo!  In the upcoming future, Avery Dennison hopes to bring more activities that promote Diversity and Inclusion, for not only in terms of culture, but also many other variations of diversity that define every individual in the company.
