ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
The Senior Regional GWO Specialist will sit in our GWO (Global Workforce Operation) ASEAN hub team, based in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The role is designated to provide support to our Vietnam and ASEAN employees from all round employee lifecycle activities and resolve employee inquiries.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Be an expert at resolving employee inquiries for Vietnam and within the hub.
- Prepare and create the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc) into the HR System (Peoplesoft) and executing PeopleSoft Data Transactions
- Prepare and create data reporting requests & delivering insights.
- Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow (e. g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)
- Answer HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate
- Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems
- Ensure high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the GWO organization
- Manage on-boarding & offboarding processes if needed
- Handle ad-hoc requests when necessary
- University graduate or above.
- At least 3 years HR working experience required
- General familiarity of internal landscape, HR sub-functions, and knowledge of HR, benefits administration and procedures preferred
- Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems
- Superior excel and data reporting skills. Experience with HR reporting and data analytics
- Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management and ServiceNow would be an advantage
- Flexibility and the willingness to cover other tasks as needed, and adapt to ongoing changes
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues
- Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
- Proficient in verbal and writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content
- Superior communication skills in English & Vietnamese required
- Strong Time & Attendance management experience would be an advantage
- Experience in communication, promotion and training material would be an advantage
