Avery Dennison RBIS VN is looking for an intern that wants to gain real experience as part of our HR team!

Who are we looking for?

  • We welcome students in the 3rd, 4th year or Fresh Graduates, who can commit to work Full-time for the next 6 months. In return, we can arrange for you to Work From Home or work in our Representative Office in District 1, HCMC several days a week. We also provide shuttle buses in many location across HCMC, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa for your transportation needs. 
  • Having grown your aspiration to work in the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding/ HR Department and especially in Digital Marketing would be a plus
  • Good command of English in speaking + writing is a Must requirement
  • Familiar & confident with Event Organizing (Campus Activities/ Students events), Graphic design & Social media content generation (Must requirement)
  • Proficient in MS office & other Design software
  • Well-organized & detailed orientation
  • Work ethic, hard-working, and willing to learn.

Job Requirement

What will you do?
* Employer Branding activities:

  • Support in planning/ preparing/ organizing creative ideas for employer branding activities
  • Liaise with Representatives from Universities. Take initiatives & Engage in PR/ Campus activities/ Universities events
  • Design banners, graphics for internal advertising/ news/ posts
  • Take main charge & Creative ideas of Company's events
  • Editing, Photographing & Video filming
  • Manage Facebook fan page (Contents/ Activities/ Events) for our main page Social media Channel Facebook
  • Boosting to increase the likes & followers, enhancing interaction with our audience
  • Brainstorm to generate ideas, carry out Branding projects

* Talent Acquisition support/ Recruitment:

  • Support the recruitment process (Screening CV, phone screen, interview arrangement, etc.)
  • In charge of the Internship recruitment program
  • Support other HR Ad Hoc projects
