* PURPOSE STATEMENT
Ensure Time and Attendance, Overtime, Leaving tracking carefully and exactly;
Ensure Time and Attendance Activities related to Payroll in compliance with Local Law and Avery Dennison’s regulation.
* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
(a) Time & Attendance (T&A):
Operate T&A system on a daily basis as an admin role.
Advise employee on registration of Time & Attendance, leaves, overtime records on system
Check supporting documents for special leave types (Wedding, Compassionate leave, etc)
Work with IT or Vendors to fix errors, customize and improve the system.
Maintain employee data accurately and in sync with PS.
Fully store T&A documents for Audit purposes.
(b) Report:
Monthly Time & Attendance report for payroll processing
Working hour/overtime hour/leave reports to related departments
Report of incompliance cases related to working days, Overtime, Leaving, ect to related department and higher manager
Adhoc reports requested by Line Manager/Supervisor
Solve the tickets related to timesheet in the HR system
Record the mismatch cases in previous months for pay back data
(c) Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Preferred graduated in College/University or equivalent degree
At least 2 to 3 years experiences in HR field
Good Knowledge & skill of IT related to create/maintain HR T&A system
Vietnam Labour Code; Payroll Knowledge is preferred.
Fluent in English.
